Dear all,
I have a query regarding the sandwich leave policy. The partnership firm I'm working with has implemented the sandwich leave policy. After the implementation, I requested a half day's leave on 27th January, which is a Saturday, and I will be joining the office in the second half of the day on Friday, 26th January, which is a holiday (Republic Day).
My question is, can this be considered as sandwich leave? If so, how would they deduct the salary?
Thank you.
