Hi All, PSARA training can be on site after joining of the Security staff or not, pls elaborate

As per Section 10 of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, no security agency shall employ any guard who has not successfully completed the prescribed training. That does not mean that you can post a guard as a trainee guard and see if he completes his training without paying him any salary or just paying a few sums as stipend. You should give training in your facility, and only then can you 'sell' his service to your clients.
