Hi, I have joined a reputed organization, but they have put me on outsourcing/third-party payroll. Now, the third-party payroll company is not responding to calls/emails. They are supposed to pay me the salary. Who should I contact now?

This is a classic case where PE thinks that it is the responsibility of the third party only to take care of their employees, probably by not paying the 3rd party on time by PE.
At the end of the day, the concerned employee is working for the PE, not for the 3rd party. If there is no response from the 3rd party, PE should take care of the matter and address the dispute.
