I was working with an MNC on a third-party payroll for more than 2 years. I properly resigned from the organization, but due to my family's condition, I needed early relief. When I spoke with my managers, they were fine with that and asked me to stop working. However, they sent an inappropriate email to my consultancy stating that I am not willing to work, even though I have an email I need to send to the managers. At this point, my consultancy has not provided me with my relieving letter, stating my mistake. Please help me with how I can get my relieving letter.

Now, I have joined another organization, and after 2 weeks, they are telling me that this issue will lead to dual employment if I work for the remaining days. In that case, my current employment will get canceled.

We do not work for your organization, so we cannot solve your problem.

You need to negotiate a solution to this with your employer. They have complete control of this situation, and there is nothing we can do.
