I have joined a service-based company 7 days back, and now I got an offer from a product-based company, so I have resigned from the current service-based company. I have informed you through mail and even by phone. Initially, HR called me and said they would drop my candidature; again, they called me and wanted to revise my CTC, and they spoke well, but I denied it because the work environment is not good. Later, they threatened me, telling me they will put my details in the NASSCOM blacklist and are asking me to serve the notice period of 90 days. I don't know how being on the blacklist will affect my future career.
