i left my previous company without serving the notice period as i got a very good offer from a new company and in my previous company i had a pf account "MH/XXXXXX/XXX"
and in my new company i haven't opt for PF.
so now how do i get my pf balance as i dint get any from for pf from my previous company??
or any advice ??

hello,
It's very easy.
Go to the website http://epfindia.com <link updated to site home> , select the State "Maharashtra" in the box, then select the Region/Office code corresponding to your account number MH/............../XXX (it would be mentioned in the area which I have kept it blank). Once you click that, the website will lead you to a page where you need to furnish your details in the 3rd and the 5th box (the 3rd box is the area to put your establishment number and the 5th box is the space for putting your own PF Number (it's the xxx in MH/............../XXX which you have mentioned in your note). Fill in your name and mobile number, tick on "I agree" box (after reading the declaration) and then click on submit.
You will receive the details regarding your PF balance on your mobile number.
Try it out and let me know if it works.

I did checked for the same but..
STATUS for Member ID: MH/BAN/0xxxxxx/000/0000XXX
Invalid Input / Member name mismatch against this MH/BAN/0xxxxxx/000/0000XXX
**Data updated till 10-11-2014 14:20:12
please check the data updated till :
does it mean that my data is not been updated in the server yet ??
And incase if i need to withdraw the amount than how do i do that ??
