Hi, I am working in a company as an HR executive for the past four months. One of my employees is asking me to check the total amount of PF in his account so that he can withdraw the PF amount. He also wants to know the entry and exit dates for his particular account. What is the procedure to check an employee's PF balance in his account?

Dear vamsi, Go to EPFO website & select know your balance & fill the details & you will get the PF balance. The data will be updated till 31.03.2014. Regards, Raghavendra B R

You can ask your employees to register themselves under the EPFO Member portal and download the PF slip from the Employer portal to provide printouts to them. The link for member registration is as follows: http://members.epfoservices.in/.
