I joined an organization 3 months back and haven't met anyone in the team as we have WFH. But we have got an office space in a co-working office. I am HR in this organization and planning for a get-together. Can you guys help me with what should I do or plan where can we go? Only Delhi NCR guys or nearby people can join us in this get-together.
Should I take Airbnb or Oyotownhouse if people from the Jaipur area come to NCR so they can stay as they will be traveling for 5 hours for a day and then going back the same day or maybe next day. My idea is that we should spend at least a day together so that we can know each other as many of the team members are new to the organization. Please suggest something... our office is in Gurgaon. We can do it on weekdays or weekends anytime.
