In our company we are planning to have a cultural event on the eve of annivesary of our company. So provide me some ideas by which i can have some small games in between to make the event more colorful.

You can games like musical chairs, rope pulling, three legs race
For groups you can have group song competition cuz dramas are sometime boring but everyone can enjoy music let m eknow if this helps you

Thanks for your suggestion, our people have planned for songs and few other things. Ok tell me how do you find conducting some tv shows in a more funny way. I want something like this to be conducted and i don't exactly mean drama here. So i am looking forward for this kind of ideas.

Include game like asking questions that have funny answers and give prizes for right answer e.g. Which bird lays the biggest egg, most people will answer this correctly. Next Q. can be- Which bird does not lay eggs. for this Q. you have to give away prize. surely this will have lot of fun.
All Male birds does not lay eggs.

if kids also participate means u can conduct baloon bursting, tell the price of gifts like how much the prize of pencil, car like that. by this all kutties will get the prizes.
For adults u can conduct thumbola, made for each other like that.
