I am working in a software company, and we are planning to organize the annual day of the company in October. We have around 100 employees. This is the first time we are organizing such an event, and we hope to continue it every year.
We are planning to hold various competitions for employees, which will be conducted before the event, and prizes will be awarded on the annual day. Additionally, we plan to honor employees who are top performers or have completed a certain number of years with the company.
I would appreciate it if you all could provide suggestions and guidelines on how to conduct this type of event. Also, please advise me on how to generate excitement among employees for this event and suggest a good name for it.

You can invite some singers to entertain your employees. Additionally, you can set up food stalls offering free food such as Fruit Chat, Pani Puri, Ice Creams, and Dahi Baray. Consider inviting comedians to further entertain your employees. You may want to name this event "Employee Day."
