Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to Form 10D UAN-based pension form and Pension amendment copy, if any employee UAN is activated, KYC details digitally approved by the employer, and nominee details updated, in such a case apply for monthly pension via self-signature form to the regional PF office. This is a recent update from EPF.

In the new form, clearly avail only self-signature, but some PF offices force to bring a signed form of Pension via the employer, and etc. As per the new amendment from the Government, we had tried in this pattern.

When a new amendment is there for work, but some regional PF offices are going to demand the employer's signature. As per the new pension notification, only the employer's work requires digital approval of KYC only. Kindly clarify on this matter.
