I need help regarding ESIC. I've exited four of my employees; they left the organization in the month of July, and I exited them in the same month but did not pay their contribution for July. What can I do?

Dear Friend,
What I understood is, IP left in July but he worked for some days during that month. Since he left in July, you removed him from the portal by indicating his departure date in July, and now you are unable to process his contribution for that month.
In the ESI portal, unlike PF, when an IP leaves, you need to show them as left in the following month.
Here is the suggested remedy: Show that the IP joined again in July, pay the contribution for that month, and then in the next month, show him as left on the 1st day.

Thank you, Akhil, for your suggestion. However, I have one more concern regarding your suggestion. The ESIC portal will not allow me to add those employees in the month of July because we need to add employees within 10 days of the joining date. How can I add them back to my organization since 10 days have already passed?
