Our establishment is in Daman, and we have been deducting EPF contributions. My query is, is ESIC available in Daman state? This question arises due to the recent announcement by our Finance Minister, stating that steps are being taken to extend the coverage of the Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) pan-India to all districts and all establishments employing 10 or more employees.
Please guide us.
