Though Admin department is taking utmost care and importance and giving its best efforts to serve its stake holders to complete the given assignments & tasks within deadline, still as a service department Administration is also required to update / improve its way of working to satisfy its Stake Holders.
In this regard, we request you to suggest some Important Process Improvements required from Admin Dept to develop better processes and initiatives to deliver 100% output by mitigating the risks, issues and challenges in work groups/Business Units for better co-ordination and results.

Administration is always comprehensive. Administration is all about creating records that can be retrieved in least possible delay. Administration is about making SOPs based on the past experiences. However, to reduce the workload, the following can be done:

a) Records lessons learnt from the past events
b) Use Google calendar extensively to record as much information as possible
c) Use Google contacts with all the features
d) Sync your phone with the Google Contacts and Google calendar
e) Use a high-quality smartphone. Never store a information only in the office computer. Store parallel information in your mobile phone also.
e) Scan as many documents as you can. You should be access the scanned documents remotely also.

Adminstration is a continuous process towards implimentation of best and next best policies and procedures.
It involves adressing the issues that challenges the very operations of the organisation.
