In PF portal, when I go to approve KYC by Digital Signature, there is a repeated request for Java download. After downloading the Java version, it does not proceed further. How can I activate the Java version for DS and what is causing this problem? I am awaiting your valuable support.

Dear friend,
I think you logged in on Google Chrome or another web browser, which is why it is showing like that. You need to log in on Mozilla Firefox and use the digital key; it will be supported.
