Respected Members, We have a team of 40 persons and we used to give Technical services to few multinational companies. Our few team member whose salaries is above 21000 are covered under insurance policy (PA + Medical). Every member in our team use to attend different sites every month for AMC or installation of equipment's.
My query is as because we are not doing any single project and in approx. all cases we are either visiting single site for one or two day in a month or in some cases quarterly, is it possible and mandatory to take Workmen compensation policy.
