Hi,
I have worked in a Manufacturing Industry as a Mechanical Engineer Trainee on a contract role basis for a 6-month fixed tenure through a third-party vendor at a client site. The contractor didn't give me an Appointment letter, but provided me with a relieving letter when I asked for it. Is this relieving letter sufficient for my next employer? Before this role, I already had 20 months of experience at an MNC (First Employer) as an associate and have both Date of Joining (DoJ) and Date of Exit (DoE) details (resigned as I wanted to switch to a technical job, not a BPO role again). Now, I am seeking a permanent job in the IT domain. Will there be any issues with my documents during the verification process with my second employer?
