Hi folks, I'm under immense pressure regarding one situation. I want to know whether a relieving letter is important even though I haven't demonstrated that experience (1 week) while applying for the new job. However, in the PF portal, the previous employer's name is showing under the service history. I asked the previous employer, but they are refusing to provide me a relieving letter. I have a resignation letter with me, and I'm joining a company as a fresher.
