I have filed a claim for PF fund. However, now when I check the claim status, it is showing that the reason for rejection of the claim is {reason of leaving service not updated in KYC/OK}. But, I have filled that while marking the employee's exit from the firm.
Now, when I check his member profile via UAN, it is showing the exit reason as cessation (short service), and I have approved it with DSC as well. Can anyone please tell me why it is showing that reason in the claim status?

Exit has just been submitted/approved and it does not require DSC approval. Please ask the member to look into his/her member portal, where the service details are updated and it will display the details.
Employers often delay the submission of Exit details, and employees are in a hurry to submit the forms. As a result, the department rejects the submission unless the employer presses the approval button.
