To use the new PF Composite Claims Form (Aadhar & Non-Aadhar), follow the below steps:

Aadhar Variant:
1. Download the Composite Claim Form (Aadhar) from the EPFO website.
2. Fill in the required fields, including your UAN, Aadhar number, and bank details.
3. Sign the completed form and submit it to your regional EPF office.

Non-Aadhar Variant:
1. Download the Composite Claim Form (Non-Aadhar) from the EPFO website.
2. Fill in all required fields, including your UAN, PF account number, and bank details.
3. Have the completed form attested by your employer.
4. Sign the completed form and submit it to your regional EPF office.

If your Aadhar is not linked to your UAN in the KYC, you will need to use the Non-Aadhar variant of the form and get it attested by your employer.

For future convenience, consider linking your Aadhar to your UAN through the EPFO portal. This will simplify the process of PF withdrawal and other related tasks. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the EPFO Member e-Sewa portal.
2. Log in using your UAN and password.
3. In the 'Manage' menu, select 'KYC'.
4. In the 'Add KYC' section, select 'Aadhar' and enter your Aadhar number.
5. Click on 'Save'.
6. Once your Aadhar is verified from UIDAI, it will be automatically updated in your KYC.

Please note that the linking process can take up to 15 days. Also, make sure your employer has approved your KYC details on the portal.
