Can you give some more details of this internship? Is it like you are offering on your own to candidates selected through placements/sponsored by colleges or institutions or from job portals? What's going to be the status of these interns - will they be treated as 'Trainees' for a limited period, after completion of which their term will be over, and they are sent out with a 'completion certificate' like 'apprentices'? Or are they selected through your own recruitment process for regular posts in your firm, with the likelihood of being confirmed in those posts in regular scales if they successfully meet the required standard levels, undergoing some sort of 'probation' or training, and they will be paid a 'stipend' if not salary? Please indicate the details.
