First and foremost, the job you have to do is to market your institution to various companies of repute in your own area and neighboring areas. For that, you need to personally visit and meet the Chief Executive/Director and HR-In-charge, followed by sending introduction letters requesting them to add your college's name also when they conduct campus interviews/selections. If you can meet 10 companies, at least 3-4 companies may consider your college as well.
