I am seeking your valuable suggestions on the opportunity I am getting in the banking sector for a sales profile as a deputy manager in Pune. Currently, I am in Lucknow working in a general insurance company in a sales role. I also have another opportunity in Lucknow with a different insurance company in bancassurance, offering a 20-30% increment. In the banking job in Pune, I am getting around a 70-80% increment. This situation has left me feeling confused.
