I sent an email to a mid-sized company's CEO asking for a job opportunity. I have been in contact with HR for a long time and was informed that there are no fresher openings currently. That's why I decided to send my resume to the CEO. I attached my resume and a cover letter and sent it on Oct 2. I haven't received any reply mail from him. Does that mean the CEO is not interested in my application?

Generally, the CEO doesn't respond to job requests. They receive too many such applications every day, and they routinely get forwarded to HR. They may mention some comments on what interests them. In all likelihood, your application would have gone to HR, and they will respond to you if it interests them. You will have to wait and see.

Hi,

I've noticed you asking the same question in multiple posts. I'm not sure why you are so eager to join that company, especially when they currently have no openings. How do you expect them to consider your application?
