Dear All Seniors,
Greetings for the day!
I just want to know how to file a complaint against my previous employer. I left that organization in the first week of August, and as per company policy, they stated that they would clear my Full and Final settlement after 45 days. However, it has been over 2 months now, and they are not communicating effectively. Even the managers at the organization are not responsive, the accounts department is not answering calls, and they are not replying to any messages.
Please assist me in filing a complaint against them.
Thank you in advance.

Dalvi,
Did you get your employment papers from your last employer? If so, you can file a case against them in the labor office in that area. Please check with a corporate advocate if needed. Remember, once you take legal action, there might be a chance that they will not support you in the background verification (BGV). First, go to the office and speak with them personally. Inform them that your parents are pressuring you to pursue legal action, but you would prefer to resolve the issue amicably, considering your tenure with the company. After that, make a decision.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance or clarification.
Best regards,
