The Internship is meant for the students who needs to gain the knowledge on the concerned industry. Hence normally they will not be provided any salary or stipend or any monetary benefit to the internship trainees. As a matter of fact, those interested should get the letter from their college and join as Internship trainee. Once there is no payment means the PF and ESI cannot be implemented.
