I am working in a private limited company, as mentioned in my offer letter i have notice period of one month but now company is revising there policy and doing it 3 month & also setting new rule that we cant get experience letter if we left before 2 year. can company change the terms mentioned in offer letter on the name of policy?

Revision of a policy is natural. But experience letter after two years is very odd. This will only push more cases on absconding!
