Hi Sir,
I worked in Wipro as a student for 4 years and later converted to as an employee after 4 years. After getting converted to employee, I left wipro after 5 months by resigning and serving notice period. Here what happend is Wipro has given releving and experience for first 4 years as a student and after that for next 5 months they gave me only releiving letter. With these documents I joined another company(D) , Here I have completed 1 year and resigned and I am serving notice period now. I will get the releving and experince from here for 1 year. Will I face any issues as I dont have experience letter for the 5 months from wipro but I have releving letter for the 5 months stating that mode of leaving is resignation. They didnt give me expereince there becoz I didnt complete 6 months after getting converted to employee rolls. Please suggest will I face any issues in joing another company now.
The actual scenerio is:
First 4 years --> I have experience and releiving letter from wipro.
Next 5 months--> I have only releiving letter from Wipro.
Last 1 Year--> Serving notice period now, I will get releiving and experience certifiacte.
Please suggest immediately. Will I face any issues
Thanks in advance

This shouldn't create any concern. The data and the document is pretty clear .
Are you joining a job which required you to be continuously in the role that you last worked in Wipro, for entire 5 years?
You case is crystal clear and cannot cause any issue, if your resume is aligned to your documents.
Wish you all the best !

Hi (Cite Contribution),
Thank you very much for the reply. My new job doesnot bother much about the continous 5 years same role. I was just concerned as I was not having the experience letter for that 5 months and worried whether my new job onboarding would be smoother or not. My resume has the same exp and I have all the docs with clear dates mentioned.
Thank you once again....Hope i will have smooth onboarding.
