I gave the interview on 18 Feb 16, and on the same day, they released me the offer fitment mentioning the post and break up of CTC. I accepted the same. After this, they asked me for 2 references the next day.
Till now, I have not received any formal offer letter from them. I am continuously asking HR and other respective persons, but they are still saying they will reply as pending from the business head's approval. They also mentioned that if you find any other opportunity, you can choose that as well; it's up to you.
Recently, I called from another number to the cluster manager as they were not picking up the phone. The manager informed me that they are considering me for another loan product as the earlier product was not suitable for your candidature. I just wanted to know whether they will issue me the final offer letter.
