Hi everyone, I'm Bhavya. I completed my MBA in HR and Marketing specialization. I have applied for a job post "HR Executive." They said it is a night shift-based job, and I need to know about Excel.

Can anyone tell me what the job is going to entail and what I should do? Also, how should I prepare for the interview?
