Hi seniors,

I am struggling to find candidates after deciding to start up a recruitment agency. Since this is only a startup, I have not spent much on job portals and different marketing initiatives. I am trying to establish my online presence by creating a company website and advertising on various free platforms and social sites. I have also decided to focus solely on IT at the moment, working with very few clients. However, the issue I am facing is gathering candidates according to their requirements. It would be greatly appreciated if you could suggest some ways to perform well and help me establish myself.

Please note that I have read most of the similar articles here, and the answers did not seem very satisfactory to me. I am eagerly waiting for your reply. Thank you in advance.

Greetings from Total Talent Solution.

Naukri.com will satisfy all your needs. You need to be innovative, like putting the right keywords, filters, etc. However, all of this you will learn through experience, continuity, and practice in the long run. Don't try any shortcuts. Learning and earning is a difficult curve. There is no shortcut to success.

Hi Anonymous,

Greetings from Lynchpin HR.

If you have started your consultancy and are facing some difficulty in finding the right candidates, you should consider using Naukri, Monster, or both, based on your capabilities and requirements. Incorporate keywords from the job description of the client to enhance your search. While working with clients, whether it's one, two, or three, ensure that you deliver your services flawlessly and always fulfill your commitments. Continuously update yourself by leveraging various resources. Remember, it may not be easy, but it's not impossible either. Work with passion and dedication. Wishing you all the best for the future. Thank you.

Thank you LHR-Avinash, but as a beginner, I might not want to spend much on the portals because of my low budget. Is there any fruitful process to get good candidates without portals, and I am working only with 2 I.T companies, and right now mostly dependent on my referrers. Your valuable suggestion will be appreciated.
