Hi Buddy,
There is a recent notification from the PF office that employees can claim PF directly without the employer's signature, provided that the employees' details such as AADHAR number and bank account number have been seeded in their UAN, and the UAN should be activated and verified by the employer using a digital signature.
If you fulfill the above condition, you can directly claim the PF without the employer's signature; otherwise, the employer's signature is needed.

If your employer is not signing your PF withdrawl forms .. in such case you may get signature of the bank manager of your bank with whom you are having account

Recently, the PF department released UAN-based 19 and 10C forms which do not require an employer's signature. The condition is that the candidate must have activated their UAN and needs to upload their AADHAR card and bank account details in the UAN portal. You can go through it.

Now no need to get your previous employer sign, You can fill up uan based withdrawal claim form then submit to the pf office.
