I am working as an HR Executive in an IT firm. I have only 9 months of experience and in my firm I am the only person in HR department.
My General Manager has now asked me to give him some HR plans. As I am not experienced, I don't know what to do in this regard. The only HR policy that we have in our organisation right now is a leave policy.
So can you please help me with some HR plans

Dear Anne,
When he wants HR Plans, means he wants you to come up with a plan to enhance HR from its current level. Search the Research button, with HR policies and you will have enough guidance to move ahead.
Just a caution, kindly modify the policies to suit your organisations need... do not blindly copy past as it will cost you in the long run...

Dear Anne,
Through the Research Button, kindly find the policies, you can then amend them to suit your company.
Below are few of the policies that you can start with:-
1. Induction Policy
2. Employee Handbook(detailing the rules in the company)
3. Leave Policy
4. Performance Appraisals
5. Compensation and Benfits
6. Employee Engagement - Birthday Parties, department or company lunch, Getogethers, Picnics (Team building activites), traditional day, rangoli day, etc....
7. Travel and reimbursement policy
8. Recruitment Policy
There are many more to add to this list. You can have the research done through the research button on this site and you will be having a huge bank to support the activities.
