We have been asked by the management to prepare \"Micro Action plan for HR\" which will be the road map for initiating completing the task and targets set for the year 2014-15.
Regarding the same someone can advise me how to execute/prepare and what points should be added.

Dear Nitendra,
I recommend you providing here the strategic plan of your organisation. Strategic HR Plan is subset of Strategic Plan of the organisation. Strategic plan for HR cannot be developed in isolation.
