2. Compliance - PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, TDS, half-yearly, and annual return.
3. Employee Grievance.
4. Maintain MIS and documentation.
5. Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.
6. Conduct Exit Interviews.
7. Handling Recruitment and Selection.
