I have worked with one of the organizations for approximately 5 months and have not resigned as they have not been paying my salary from the beginning. I have the offer letter and V-cards, which were also accepted via mail, and the joining date was 01-06-2014. They have not paid my salary, and nobody has been able to help me. There has been no response through mail or phone. I have never contacted them regarding my pending salaries, which amount to approximately 2,00,000/-. My CTC was 4.80 lacs/pa.
Please help me with this issue.
