I joined this company on 14-2-2013, and due to some kind of deviation in the role, I submitted my resignation on 28-3-2013 with one month's notice, as per their appointment letter. However, the management relieved me immediately but has not paid my salary for the 28 days I worked or conveyance reimbursements for February and March 2013. Despite sending numerous emails and SMS to all levels of officials up to the MD, I have not received any proper response. When I was relieved, they took my bank account number and assured me they would deposit my money by or before 10th April 2013. As of 19-4-2013, I have not received my dues or any commitment.

When I resigned from Escon, they paid me the F&F settlement payment on the same day. I was really astonished because most companies take at least a minimum of 30 days for F&F settlement. I guess there must be some miscommunication in your case. Kindly contact the payroll team at Escon as they would be in a better position to clear your payments.
