Sub: Complaint letter for labour court
I'm working in a proprietor( ….. Art Printers) from last 7 years, 4 months before in duty hours while traveling for official work I had an accident in auto and facture in my right leg. Since then I m medically unfit. My employer paid my 40% of medical bills and salary of 2 months only. When I asking about my balance payment of medical bills payment and balance salary he regret me. Now we have lost hope in him that he will pay us, so I'll decided to write a letter to Labour court.
I request you all to kindly help me to draft a letter, treat this has most urgent and help us.

I worked in an organization called InfoPlus Technologies, which is in Perungudi. They placed me on a permanent payroll but had me sign an offer letter that stated a contract to work for 2 years. However, when 1-1/2 years had passed, I was terminated from the service, with the reason given that I had applied to another job.
I joined the company on September 24, 2012, and was let go from the company on April 4th, 2014, while I was on leave that day. On April 7th, I was approached by the HR manager who showed me the resume I had submitted for another job and handed me a termination letter.
Please advise me on what steps I can take now. I have not received any compensation or salary. I am unable to pursue any other job at the moment, despite having over 14 years of experience.
