Hi,

What was the reason for your leaving? Did you serve the notice period? Do you have a relieving letter or a resignation acceptance email? Please do not ask vague questions as they only raise more questions rather than provide suggestions. Kindly elaborate on the whole matter if you can.

Dear sir,

below mention the late replay from previous HR

"Dear Amit,

This is in reference to your calls and emails regarding payment of your dues.

As discussed and conveyed to you previously over the phone, due to a major financial crisis faced by the company we are at present unable to ensure smooth operations. As a result, there have been delays in clearance of dues, including yours. However as soon as the financial situation improves, our top most priority would be our employees.

I can understand and even relate to your concerns and frustrations but in the light of the above stated facts, I hope that you could also appreciate that it is not the company’s intention to harass anybody – especially not our employees. I have shared these facts with you earlier whenever we have spoken and I am afraid I still have the same answer to your e-mail. I would ask that you bear with us and allow us a little more time to clear your payment.

Thanks

Shraddha Shukla"

After serving more than 11 years in Continental Carbon India Ltd. with many good management and other colleagues, I resigned due to existing management and their attitudes towards the company's growth, especially Plant Head A P Abraham. I accepted, served the notice period, handed over all documents and the laptop, submitted duly signed gratuity and superannuation fund claim forms, etc., and was properly relieved on 5th Sep. 2018. The HR manager assured me that he would clear the full and final settlement dues within 3 to 4 days.

I continuously followed up with HR via phone for my dues and requested the payment. After 15 days, I sent an email to HR, MD, and CFO regarding the full and final settlement dues. The next day, I received a reply stating that I had forwarded the company's confidential information to competitors, resulting in financial loss, and an investigation was underway, leading to a hold on my dues. They also mentioned the initiation of civil/criminal proceedings against me for sending emails to my personal mail ID.

I responded to HR, reiterating that I had not shared any confidential information with anyone. The emails in my personal mail ID contained personal items like photos, excel reference worksheets, knowledge documents downloaded from the internet, salary records, etc., which were checked and reviewed by the IT department. Some emails were deleted by the IT department with my cooperation. This situation was deliberately created by the Plant Head.

Now, almost 4 months have passed, and my dues are still not cleared. Please suggest a way for me to expedite the clearance of my pending dues.
