Hello,
I joined a IT company in 2009 on 3rd party / Contract basis. After working for 6 months, I got opportunity from big MNC but their condition was to join within a week. So I marked a resignation mail to reporting manager and joined MNC very next day as I didn't wanted to loose payroll opportunity.
Since then, I left 2 organization and have proper releaving and experience letter from both the companies.
I need to show the 1st company experience in my profile just to increase my Yrs of experience count. I have offer letter , 6 months salary slips and resignation mail marked to reporting manager of 1st company.
Will it be ok if I mention the 1st company's experience. Will the future company accept me with last 2 company's valid documents.

Hi,
1. 1st question arising when you left that 1st company then why you have not taken experience letter as well other docs.
2. future company will consider your past experience which you are showing in your Resume.
3. if you need experience letter from 1st company then consult Hr department for the letter.
4. future company may have the chances of your background verification.

Acutally, I left the company immediately as it was third party contract and offer that i had was on Payroll of big MNC. So had to leave in short time. I communicated with the 1st company HR but they refused to provide the letter.
