Hello,
I joined an IT company in 2009 on a third-party/contract basis. After working for 6 months, I got an opportunity from a big MNC, but their condition was to join within a week. So, I sent a resignation email to my reporting manager and joined the MNC the very next day as I didn't want to lose the payroll opportunity.
Since then, I have left two organizations and have proper relieving and experience letters from both companies. I need to show the experience from the first company in my profile just to increase my years of experience count. I have the offer letter, 6 months' salary slips, and the resignation email sent to the reporting manager of the first company.
Would it be acceptable if I mention the first company's experience? Will the future company accept me with valid documents from the last two companies?

Hi,
1. The first question that arises is why you did not collect an experience letter and other documents when you left your first company.
2. A future company will consider the past experience that you have included in your resume.
3. If you require an experience letter from your first company, please consult the HR department for assistance.
4. A future company may conduct a background verification check.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
