I am here to seek your suggestion for my situation. Kindly help me solve my problem. I have an inquiry related to my work, and I will explain my situation to you. Kindly go through it.
I am working as an HR in a startup BPO outsourcing company. The company started in November 2013 (registered and approved by the Government). I joined there in mid-September 2013. During the interview, the directors of the company conducted my interview. I shared my experience and knowledge with them. With 2 years of experience as a Recruiter and HR Admin, they asked me to join the company the very next day. Initially, they offered me a salary of Rs. 15,000 for the first month, with the assurance of an increase in the following month. I joined as an HR without any formal letter. I received my Appointment letter after about a month, towards the end of November '13. The appointment letter stated a salary of Rs. 21,000 per month (Net Salary) as an HR Manager (Rs. 15,000 for the first month and Rs. 21,000 from the second month onwards). Although I expressed that I could handle basic Salary Calculation and Recruitment during the interview, the company had high expectations, assigning me the HR Manager designation and responsibilities. Despite feeling I was not fully qualified for the position, I suggested being hired as an HR Executive or Assistant, but they maintained the HR Manager title and issued the appointment letter. I tried to fulfill their expectations with my experience and knowledge. However, their behavior changed unexpectedly after October 2013, and they revoked my appointment letter. For the first 15 days of September 2013, I was paid Rs. 15,000. My October 2013 salary was received on November 30th, calculated at Rs. 13,000. On December 3rd, 2013, they informed me that based on performance, they could only provide a salary of Rs. 13,000 per month for my position. I was left surprised by this decision made without prior notice. I have been working in the company without any formal documentation, and their communication towards me has deteriorated, with attempts to undermine me in various situations.
Seniors, I seek your advice on whether I should continue with this company or consider leaving. I am eager to learn and grow in my career despite being at an entry-level stage.

1. I have 2 years of experience as a Recruiter & HR Admin.
2. I am working without any formal documentation.
3. They have withheld Rs. 7,000 from my salary.
