i want to ask about work timings in bpo outsourcing for hr and another question is bpo outsourcing is working days in sunday? because in bpos sunday is closed.

HR timings: In any company or organization, the HR work is the same, and there are no fixed timings for them. It totally depends on workload, generally 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
BPO: Will work on Sunday also, except for the non-voice process, but it should depend on the number of calls being received and made. Proper research should be conducted on the same.
