I have planned to do a Post Graduate in Human Resources through distance learning. Kindly advise on which university certificate holds more validity as I have planned to pursue this through correspondence. Some say IGNOU, while others suggest Symbiosis, etc. I need proper guidance.

Hi Praveen,
I would say Symbiosis is better than IGNOU. I am also doing PGDM from Symbiosis Distance Learning Centre. They provide good online support to students, and the most important thing is that there is a lot of flexibility for online examinations. You may choose any examination centre and date of examination. Symbiosis has a good reputation in the industry. If you are working while pursuing your distance learning course and don't have time to take exams, you may complete your exam within the next 4 days from the date of admission.

I am a senior process executive professional who has been functioning in a Customer service role as a Process Trainer and SME (Subject matter expert) for more than 5 years. I posse’s strong People Handling and Interpersonal Skills.
I have worked as HR Executive (voice process) for 6 months. I am interested in leveraging my experience and skills to HR team.
I wish to join a team where I can use my few relevant transferable skills from BPO to HR
The field that I can be related to my experience would be Employee Engagement/ Relation.
