Dear Gaurav,
When you allocated the company's assets to the employee, did you obtain a loan card from him? If yes, did you renew it at any time? Secondly, what about the gate pass? Did security have any records when the company material left the company premises? You need to have evidence of this property allotment. Without all this, there is no point in sending a recovery letter to him.
By the way, if the employee left in March, why is there such a long delay in initiating the recovery process? Who was responsible for this delay? The next question is, did he abscond from his duties? Did he obtain clearance from all departments? Why was the employee cleared from your organization?
Please clarify all the points above. Additionally, similar to other queries, I recommend you write the draft yourself and upload it here. Seniors, like me, will correct it.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user reply contains some inaccuracies. It is essential to focus on the legal aspects of asset recovery letters and not personal matters like employee clearance. It's crucial to emphasize the importance of documenting asset allocation and following the correct recovery procedures promptly.
