In my industry, we are continuously facing a problem in generating gate passes for the contract workers. Some of them join work for just one day and then leave. Since our gate pass system is linked to their ESIC and PF accounts, supervisors often request group passes. How can we address this issue?

Right, nice query, sir. Gate pass for daily labor. Problem with ESIC PF linkup. Ok, how do you justify any single worker's safety if now set up changed to group single number account for ESIC and PF, please? Now, the sorry-able thing is all factory managements hear the words of their Chartered Accountants instead of HR or labor laws. Usually, CAs unnecessarily touch working sector's law-binded payments, for meharbani maybe. Please don't disturb the present setup; go ahead. You are indirectly providing individual PF ESI account numbers to innocent, illiterate Indian ground-level workers.
