Hello Sir,
I am working as a HR Manager in IT Company. I need to write a letter to ex-employee for breach of Non-disclouser agreement.
This is what we write in bond or agreement.
3) Employee agrees to not to reveal any things such as accounts, credit cards, security concerned entities, passwords, files etc related to projects to anyone outside the company.
4) At the end of job period company owns the right of all the work and accounts of the employee. The employee can’t use any work produced for the company in his portfolio or reveal through any other method to external sources.
Our Ex-employees using client and project information and breaching this agreement. i need to write legal letter to all these employees. Please help
Please help...its urgent.

As per your NDC agreement ,you have to list down your damages and make a written notice /warning letter to take legal action ...upon receipt you file a legal case against emply with proper justification ....

You should let your lawyer draft that letter But if you want to,do on your own, there are many samples on the net that you can google for
