If PF No is allotted serially in ascending order in the chronological order there is no problem. Varghese Mathew

Dear Friend,
1] Pl. allot PF Number serially in ascending order in the chronological order as per Date of Joining to services.
2] Date of joining of services & PF member joining should same.
3] You must deduct PF as per rule wef date of joining.
4] Don't make any correction in date of joining in both i.e. Organisation as well as PF.
5) AVOID LATE PAYMENT , if due to some problems you may pay it late. but your orgnisation should pay intrest as well as damages as per PF rule.
6) Don't forget for remittance for 6-month of 10-employees because your HR person.now we are sumitting PF online rightnow.

As per by best knowledge to your query it is as follows
1) If PF number is allotted after 6 months of joining, which I understood is that PF eligibility was after 6 months of the employee joining then there is no problem, you can pay the PF remittance from the applicability even though the joining date is 6 month earlier
2) If the DOJ is after the applicability of the PF, then the DOJ should be same as that of actual. Nothing happens just pay the PF from the DOJ of the said employee
3) If you forgot to submit the PF remittance pay it now with interest and penalty if any.
Hope I have cleared your doubts

I fail to understand why we forget to comply with the provisions of law which have been made in the interest of employee.
any way please calculate the difference and pay with interest immediately.
