Here I have a doubt I hope you can help me out to make me free from this confusion.
How many SLs can be accumulated throgh out the service of an Employee According to the Indian Law.

hi it is your company policy. Normally, sick/casual leaves should be utilised in the calendar year. for casual and sick leave no carry overs pl.

In pvt organisations, it is based on the companies leave policy. In our org, we are allowed to accumulate SLs upto 300 days. They encash the unutilised SLs at the time of retirement. Pon
