I am P&A manager and working from last 25+ years .
Their should be national union of Industrial managers.So that we should pressurize Registrar of Labour Union Under Trade Union Act to cancell the registration of Such Unions Doing Violence in Industries for their legal or Illegal Demands and Disputes in spite of Govt LO, Labour Commissioner, Arbitration's and Labor and Higher Courts are there to resolve the dispute by statutory ways.Also avoid incidences Like MARUTI ,Woodland, etc.
So that we may save Our Managers and owners of industries from Violence and properties of the Industries and nation.
