Dear Sir/Madam,

I am seeking your help to guide me for my career according to my qualifications. I have completed M.Com in Human Resource Management, a PG Diploma in Labour Laws, IRPM (Industrial Relations and Personnel Management), and I am currently in my final year of LL.B.

Could you please advise me on suitable positions in government or private organizations based on the qualifications mentioned above? I am interested in the manufacturing sector where compliance with labor laws is crucial, and I am a fresher in this field. Currently, I reside in Delhi.

I am facing confusion regarding whether I should pursue a career in the legal department or the HR department. I eagerly await your response and would be grateful for your guidance and support in this matter.

Kindly assist me in shaping my career.

Regards,

Dear Jani,

It would be better if you could select the IR (Industrial Relations) department. You can update your knowledge in labor laws. If you complete LLB, it will be an added strength to your profession. You can act as a legal advisor as well as an IR manager of the company.

This is my personal opinion. Dear seniors, kindly give some ideas to Jani.

Regards,
